Returns & Exchanges

At Lebel Bicycles, we stand behind our engineering; if your ride doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your bicycle or gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in original condition and include all factory packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our lookup tool to provide your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully disassemble your bicycle if necessary and secure it in its original shipping crate with all protective padding to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of the box, ensuring any old shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the frame and components at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
